Silver Lead Generation Program – Terms & Conditions

• The initial program fee is non-refundable. Initial setup, preparation, and program resources are committed immediately so that capacity will be reserved for your engagement.

• The Lead Generation program begins once payment is received and the following onboarding steps are completed:

Current resume (or most recent version) is received
LinkedIn profile connection is made
Scheduling of your initial strategy call

• Initial strategy call must be completed within 7 days of purchase unless prior arrangements are made. If not completed within 14 days without response from you, your services may be forfeited or reassigned.

• The initial strategy call is required to begin services.

• Reverse Recruiting is a collaborative process and requires timely communication, feedback, and participation.

• Services include job search strategy, resume and LinkedIn guidance, job lead identification, outreach strategy, application guidance, interview preparation, and negotiation guidance among other things. Services are customized based on your goals and market conditions.

• Silver is a guided, do-it-with-you program. You are responsible for executing outreach, applications, and follow-up using the strategy and guidance provided.

• You are responsible for reviewing and approving all materials before they are used in your job search.

• This program does not include a Success Fee or job placement guarantee. Outcomes depend on your level of participation, execution, and market conditions.

• By enrolling, you agree to actively participate in the process, including reviewing opportunities, executing outreach, and preparing for interviews.

• If you choose to pause, delay, or disengage from the process, services may be forfeited.

• All decisions to apply, interview, or accept offers are your responsibility.
