Gold Reverse Recruiting Program – Terms & Conditions
• The initial program fee is non-refundable. Initial setup, preparation, and program resources are committed immediately so that capacity will be reserved for your engagement.
• The Reverse Recruiting program begins once payment is received and the following onboarding steps are completed:
- Current resume (or most recent version) is received
- LinkedIn profile connection is made
- Scheduling of your initial strategy call
• Initial strategy call must be completed within 7 days of purchase unless prior arrangements are made. Until it is completed, the clock on the Success Fee Guarantee does not start. If not completed within 14 days without response from you, your services may be forfeited or reassigned.
• The initial strategy call is required to begin services.
• Reverse Recruiting is a collaborative process and requires timely communication, feedback, and participation.
• Services include resume updates, LinkedIn optimization, job search strategy, job lead generation, outreach, applications, follow-up, interview preparation, and negotiation guidance among other things. Services are customized based on your goals and market conditions.
• You are responsible for reviewing and approving all materials before they are used in your job search.
• The program includes a $3,000 Success Fee, only due if you accept a job offer within 90 days of starting the program. This aligns our work directly with your results.
• The Success Fee is not due if you do not accept a job offer within 90 days and you have met the participation requirements below.
• To qualify for a waived Success Fee, you agree to:
- Stay actively engaged throughout the 3-month program
- Respond to job lead approvals, feedback requests, and questions within 48 hours - Use the mutually agreed upon professional resume we create for you
- Attend at least three coaching sessions per month
- Attend all interview preparation meetings prior to scheduled interviews
- Attend all employer interviews scheduled at mutually agreed upon times
- Complete any agreed-upon outreach using provided guidance
- If these participation requirements are not met, the $3,000 Success Fee will be due at the end of the 3-month program, regardless of whether an offer is accepted.
• If an accepted offer is not secured during the initial program term but you see value in the program and understand that it will work given a little more time, you may continue services at $1,500 per month, and no Success Fee will ever be owed.
• The continuation option at $1,500 per month must be exercised immediately following the initial program term. Delays or gaps in service may void this option.
• All decisions to apply, interview, or accept offers are your responsibility.
• Speed Up My Search is not liable for outcomes related to the use of provided strategies, materials, or advice. All actions taken and directed are at your discretion.
