Paul Cameron's 90-Day Engaged Job Search follows a performance-based payment structure, paid in 3 increments.

- Payment 1: Today's payment is due up front to engage the search, is non-refundable, and is required before work begins.

- Payment 2: Paid upon offer acceptance from a position identified during the the 90-day engagement period.

- Payment 3: Paid 30 days after your start date if you are still employed with the same company from which you accepted an offer.
