- While your membership is active, Speed Up My Search will provide you with a paid Trello Premium Workspace seat so your Trello board can connect with your ChatGPT account and use the automated workflow built into the system.

- Your Trello board includes more than 75 working automations, along with multiple Power-Ups, custom fields, checklists, labels, and workflow rules built for you and designed to make your job search more efficient and easier to manage.

- You are responsible for using the tools, reviewing the opportunities presented, answering qualification questions honestly, completing applications, sending networking messages, preparing for interviews, following up, and making your own career decisions. The system can help you do these things more effectively, but it cannot do the human part of the search for you.

- You are responsible for reviewing and verifying the accuracy of all AI-generated content before using it. This includes job information, résumés, cover letters, networking messages, application information, research, and any other recommendations generated through the system.

- You should never submit information you know to be inaccurate or allow AI-generated content to overstate your experience, skills, accomplishments, education, certifications, responsibilities, or qualifications.

- Speed Up My Search does not guarantee that use of this system will result in interviews, job offers, a particular salary, or employment within any specific period of time. Hiring results depend on many factors outside our control, including the job market, competition, timing, geography, compensation, employer decisions, your qualifications, and how consistently you use the process.

- This program relies on third-party services including ChatGPT, Trello, Google Drive, Gmail, Text Blaze, and other online tools. Those companies may change their pricing, features, integrations, availability, or technical requirements at any time. Speed Up My Search cannot guarantee that third-party platforms will always operate in the same manner described in the course.

- If a third-party platform changes or temporarily prevents a feature or integration from working, Speed Up My Search may provide an alternate process, revised prompt, or manual workaround when practical. Temporary changes or outages involving third-party services do not guarantee a refund.

- Your Trello Premium Workspace access is provided as part of your active membership. If your membership ends, your paid Workspace access and any features that depend on that membership may also end. You are responsible for copying or exporting any information you want to retain before your access ends.

- If your membership includes live Group Coaching & Q&A sessions, those sessions are intended to provide guidance, answer questions, and help members work through job-search situations. They are group sessions and do not guarantee individual coaching time during every meeting.

- All membership payments are final and non-refundable once charged, except where required by law. You may cancel your membership at any time to prevent future renewals, but cancellation does not create a refund for a billing period that has already begun.

- You are under no obligation to follow any recommendation, strategy, prompt output, coaching suggestion, or other information provided by Speed Up My Search. You remain responsible for your own decisions and choose whether and how to use the information provided.

- Speed Up My Search is not responsible for losses, missed opportunities, employment decisions, technical problems, or other damages resulting from the use of the course, AI-generated materials, third-party platforms, or recommendations provided through the program. You use the system and its recommendations at your own discretion.
